I am an Australian photographer and designer, born and raised in Melbourne, Australia and have called Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica my home since 2012.
Formally trained as a professional photographer, I completed my BA Photography degree in 2010 at RMIT University in Melbourne, followed by a further year of study in Creative Media (Honors) which I completed in 2011. Before my photography degree, I completed a Certificate IV in Design & Communications also at RMIT.
Artistically inclined from a young age, my father both encouraged and taught me how to draw. In high school I started to photograph using a hand me down, Pentax K-1000 and black and white film – and that’s when my love affair with the darkroom and photography began.
I’m a passionate creative. I get excited about my creative projects and pour my heart and soul into my work.
My life as a creative is a heartfelt reflection of the human experience – to connect and inspire others through art, visual storytelling and emotion. Capturing the beauty I see in others and all the things that I photograph.
My artistic approach is powered by creative art direction in order to inspire you to express yourself creatively as an act of self love.
With a deep appreciation for capturing those raw moments along with a bit of direction, we also VISUALIZE AND CREATE those special moments together.
